Unboring Boring was a US campaign to raise Picsart’s brand awareness after a major brand refresh. It told the stories of three small businesses in Boring, Oregon, each transformed simply using Picsart.
As a senior designer, I worked alongside a design principal and brand team to craft the landing page, from concept to implementation, collaborating with a WebGL developer to bring interactive storytelling to life.

The goal was to tell the three stories in an engaging way, showcase the campaign videos, and highlight Picsart’s potential through interactive modules.
Some modules demonstrated the app’s broader creative capabilities, while a standout module gave step-by-step guidance to recreate assets made for the businesses in the campaign, directly connecting the storytelling to practical product use.

The landing page successfully connected a brand-awareness campaign to tangible product use cases. It received industry recognition including The FWA, Awwwards, and CSS Design Awards, and was featured on Muzli, Codrops, and Admire The Web, helping cement Picsart’s refreshed identity.
